What a strange creature the Paddlefish is, and for sure it’s a tragedy if it has gone extinct in China. I understand that the Missouri has a head of these to?And was curious how many other rivers around the world sustain a population of Paddlefish?

As a fishing tour and guiding operation in SE Asia, taking people fishing in Thailand. we are grateful to the Megafishes project for taking a positive stance on the potential advantages of recreational fishing in contributing to the conservation of certain species. I think the managment of Canada’s Strugeon populations in the Frazer river BC and it’s tributories is a good example of how ulitmately a species can benefit from a demand in recreational angling.

Sorry, should state, that we cannot take people fishing in Thailand for Paddle fish, we practice catch and release of all fish species.
