Mongolia Fly-fishing Expedition

The Megafishes Project is co-sponsoring an expedition to the Eg-Uur River in Mongolia this September:

Megafishes Project staff plan to spend a total of eight weeks in Mongolia from late August until mid-October, conducting research and hosting this NG Expeditions trip.

    I used to go to fishing in Mongolia and caught several of giant troutes. The biggest one I caught was 4 feet long and approximately 30 pounds heavy from Halkh river of Mongolia. I’ve seen locals caught 6 ft long Monster troutes.
