It’s worth noting that much of the research mentioned in this article is now on hold due to lack of funding.

    It leaves me so worried the extinction of the Mekong Giant Catfish. I have one question: what are the pro’s and con’s for establishing a hatchery station for the giant and then millions of fingerling would be released in the Mekong?
